Whats the benefit?
Older peoples know-how supports the growth and development of younger generations as well as nascent and early stage entrepreneurs. Experts choose which knowledge zone they want to participate in and members enter the knowledge zone they need advice from.
Silent Knowledge is expanding its database of retired experts who are willing to provide mentoring/ expert services on a part time basis to companies and organizations which can benefit from their experience. Costs for this service are locally negotiable, with many experts offering their tacit knowledge for free.
16th March 2011- SilentK was represented at the Business of Aging Conference which took place in March 2011 in the Royal Kilmainham Hospital, Dublin.
